2. your child with basic needs.
3. Provide your child with self-esteem needs.
4. Teach your child morals and values.
5. Develop mutual respect with your child.

3- Mother and father are obliged to meet the children’s basic needs. These are the upkeep of the child, mental and physical protection, and a good upbringing.
4- Parents should not delegate these responsibilities to any other person or entity. In order for the child to develop a strong personality, a warm home is required that conveys love, affection, and security.
After all, it is impossible for a person with a strong character and personality to grow up in families without love, affection, and knowledge.
Allah says:
“And know that your possessions and your children are only a temptation, but a great reward is with Allah.”
(Surah al-Anfal)
One of the wonderful gifts of our Allah for people is our children. The children are the means for our testing to attain bliss in this world and in the hereafter.
If we can raise our children in godly and good character, we will pass much of this test.
Nowadays it is a real art to do justice to raising children. Unfortunately, most parents in our society raise their children according to utopian standards.
For example, some parents apply childhood experiences to their children’s upbringing and raise them on the same principle. Unfortunately, parents fail to raise their children with this method.Ali (May Allah Be Pleased with Him) once said:
“Do not raise your children according to your time, but according to the time of the children.”Although well-cared-for family life is an important factor in a successful upbringing, this is usually not enough. Since external influences irritate the child as well.In order to protect our children from bad influences and to raise them to be people of good character and strong personalities, we should give care, protection, and good upbringing to the child from birth to adolescence.Allah gives us the story of Prophet Luqman (Blessings Upon Him) as an example in dealing with children. Luqman (Blessings Upon Him) affectionately addresses his son as “my child.”We must also follow the example of Luqman (Blessings Upon Him) and fulfill our obligations towards our children. To do this, we must first control our behavior within our family once again and penetrate the world of our children in order to instill in them the belief in Allah, the love of the Prophet (PBUH),and the principles of good behavior. We believe that a method of upbringing based on the guidelines of the Quran and the Sunnah will create a life for children in which they will be useful for themselves and for those around them and will not harm their society. In particular, contrary to the current problem of juvenile delinquency, they do not become people prepared to use violence.Someone who knows his Creator and follows his commandments will automatically treat his creatures with respect and esteem. For these reasons, we should take care of our children and raise them with faith and good character so that we may win them over to life. Our children are our most important asset and our future.

He stated: “Therefore, we advise parents not to hit their children because that sows hatred and hatred in their hearts, and our Master, the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, forbade insulting or hitting them, especially hitting the face.
Education scholars have made hitting a child a late stage of discipline. There are initial stages, including intimidation and enticement, including encouraging the child
The age that the Messenger of Allah – may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him – commanded us to when hitting a child at the age of ten, is because he, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Tell your children to pray when they are seven years old, and strike them as they are.”(قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ( مُرُوا أَوْلَادَكُمْ بِالصَّلَاةِ وَهُمْ أَبْنَاءُ سَبْعِ سِنِينَ، وَاضْرِبُوهُمْ عَلَيْهَا وَهُمْ أَبْنَاءُ عَشْرٍIt is the responsibility of parents for the sins of their children in Islam? There is no doubt that raising children is an obligation of the parents, and whoever neglects and falls short in this duty is a sinner. But Allah Almighty says: O you who have believed, protect yourselves and your families from a Fire whose fuel is people and stones, over which are [appointed] angels, harsh and severe; they do not disobey Allah in what He commands them but do what they are commanded. And the Messenger of Allah, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: All of you are a shepherd, and all of you are responsible for his flock. The ruler is a shepherd over the people and is responsible for his flock, and the man is a shepherd of the people of his house, and the woman of a man is a shepherd over her husband’s house and his children and is responsible for them, and the servant of the man is a shepherd of his master’s money and is responsible About him, not all of you is a shepherd and all of you are responsible for his flock.
Narrated by Al-Bukhari.can a man marry without his parents’ consent in Islam? It is for a Muslim to seek the consent of the father because honoring him is one of the duties
There is no doubt that obedience and consent of parents is one of the most emphatic and obligatory rights – as long as they do not command disobedience – and that is due to the clear evidence from the Qur’an and the Sunnah that command that.
On the authority of Abdullah bin Amr, may Allah be pleased with them both, on the authority of the Prophet, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him, who said: “The pleasure of the Lord is in the pleasure of the father, and the wrath of the Lord is in the wrath of the father.”
(Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi 1821, classed as Hasan by Al-Albani in Al-Silsilah As-Sahihah)
Al-Tabarani narrated it with the wording: “The Lord’s pleasure is in the parents’ pleasure, and His wrath is in their anger.”
